Jordan MacGregor

Jordan MacGregor is a commercial real estate broker with RenCorp Realty, specializing in land, industrial, and select retail transactions. He brings a business-first approach to brokerage shaped by prior brokerage experience, military leadership, and active ownership in operating businesses.

Prior to joining RenCorp Realty, Jordan spent three years at Bornhoft Commercial, where he worked with property owners, investors, and operators on industrial and land assets, emphasizing practical deal structure and long-term value creation.

Before entering commercial real estate, Jordan served five years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, developing a foundation in leadership, accountability, and execution under pressure.

 

In addition to brokerage, Jordan is an active business owner in the registered importing and wholesaling space, providing him with an operator’s perspective on site functionality, scalability, cash flow, and asset strategy. He is currently completing his degree at the University of Idaho, further strengthening his analytical and business foundation.
