Please describe the condition of the problem you are encountering. If the issue is of an immediate nature as defined under the RCW we will respond within 24 hours and begin corrective action. Other non emergent issues may take up to 10 days for our response however we will typically respond to most issues within 72 hours of receipt of your request. Tenant caused damage may result in longer response times and you may be charged for the cost of any necessary repairs. Per the terms of your rental agreement once we receive your request you have authorized RenCorpRealty, its employees or authorized service provider to enter your unit and make any necessary repairs. While in your unit our maintenance personal will check your smoke alarm and replace batteries as necessary, remember that this is your responsibility and that you will be charged $10 for each smoke alarm. Lockouts or lost keys are not considered an emergency, we will gladly let you into your unit during normal working hours at no charge, after hours there is a $85 lock out fee which must be paid at the time.
